FOUNDER

Selvine Ondego is an Epidemiologist, public health expert, and data science leader with extensive experience in health research and analytics. He is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Selma Research and Data Analytics Development, where he provides strategic leadership in delivering evidence-based, data-driven solutions that strengthen health systems and improve population health outcomes. His expertise spans disease control, biostatistics, statistical modeling, and AI-driven analytics, with a focus on key public health areas including cancer, obesity, and HIV/AIDS. He has strong experience in market research, project management, needs assessments, monitoring and evaluation, and stakeholder engagement, leading multidisciplinary projects from design through implementation. He also works with the German Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ) as a research and technical advisor and is highly proficient in SAS, Python, and R for data management and predictive analysis.
